Position Details

Position: Assistant Manager – Mechanical Engineering

Location: Vadodara

Experience: 10 – 20 Years

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

What We're Looking For

- Strong experience in Mechanical Design Engineering , preferably in the Power Transformer/Transformer industry .
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
- Hands-on exposure to project execution and cross-functional collaboration.




- Sound knowledge of engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, and design standards.
- Solid stakeholder and customer coordination skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement while ensuring timely project execution.
