Job Title: Logistics Assistant Manager – Export Oriented Company

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end export logistics operations, shipping documentation, coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and internal teams. The role involves ensuring timely shipments, compliance, cost control, and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage export & domestic logistics operations from booking to delivery.

Oversee export documentation: Invoice, PL, BL, COO, SLI, VGM, MSDS, etc.

Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines & transporters.

Track shipments, monitor vessel schedules, and resolve operational issues.





Negotiate freight rates and maintain vendor performance.

Ensure customs compliance, LC documentation, and export incentive schemes.

Lead logistics & documentation team; conduct performance reviews & MIS reporting.

Improve logistics processes, reduce delays, and optimize costs. Requirements

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of export logistics, Incoterms, customs & documentation.

Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, tracking tools.

Ability to handle deadlines & multi-task in a fast-paced workplace. Benefits
