Experience: 7–9 years of overall experience in B2C Inside Sales.

Team Handling: Minimum 2 years of experience managing a sales team.

CTC Budget: Up to ₹15 LPA .

CRM: Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, LeadSquared, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is mandatory

Role Description The Assistant Manager – Inside Sales is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves managing inbound and outbound sales calls, responding to inquiries, and presenting suitable products and services to prospective and existing customers.

The Assistant

Manager will handle lead qualification and follow-up, maintain accurate customer records, and support account management activities to foster repeat business. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, tracking sales performance, preparing basic reports, and contributing to sales strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth. The role requires proactive communication, attention to detail, and consistent collaboration with colleagues and management.

Qualifications





- Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets and convert leads into opportunities.
- Experience in Lead Generation and follow-up, including managing pipelines and prioritizing prospects.
- Background in Account Management, focusing on relationship building, retention, and upselling where appropriate.
- Commitment to Customer Satisfaction, with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in services or multi-business environments.
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting systems to track and analyze sales activities.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
