Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Planning Assistant Manager to oversee and assist in the planning and coordination of HVAC projects. This role requires a deep understanding of HVAC systems, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams, clients, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Techno-Commercial Comparison: Conduct techno-commercial comparisons for HVAC equipment and accessories, ensuring the selection of cost-effective and efficient solutions.
2. Technical Data Sheets: Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical data sheets for all HVAC equipment and accessories.
3. Client/Consultant Interaction: Work closely with clients and consultants for approval of technical data sheets and ensure alignment with project specifications.
4. Design Coordination: Coordinate with the design department to ensure timely submission of accurate shop drawings.
5. Tracker Maintenance: Develop and manage various trackers (TDS, Drawing,



Procurement, etc.) to monitor project milestones and document progress.
6. Project Tracking: Utilize project management software to track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
7. Progress Meetings: Attend weekly progress meetings with clients and consultants to review project status and resolve any issues.
8. Material Requisition: Take quantities from drawings and raise material requisitions based on project requirements.
9. Production Clearance: Provide production clearance for all equipment and accessories based on approved drawings, and collaborate with the site team for inputs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in HVAC project planning and coordination.
- Solid technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
