The team includes workstreams like, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems, Operations, People Data Reporting and Analytics. They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success. The core focus of the team is to ensure an exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

- Proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment life cycles across multiple hiring stages.



Solid experience in handling talent acquisition for management consulting requirements such as CDD, supply chain, sales acceleration, and transformation projects. Ability to partner with stakeholders to understand role requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies. Hands-on experience in recruiting for EY Parthenon or similar consulting environments with niche hiring needs. Working knowledge of general consulting recruitment practices with a focus on timely and quality hiring delivery.

Qualifications

- PG Diploma in Human Resource Management

Experience

- Talent Acquisition (3+ years)
