Job Title: Assistant Manager HR Operations – Delhi

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory regulations
- Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, gratuity, bonus, maternity benefits, and other compliance-related activities
- Maintain statutory registers, records, employee files, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with payroll and accounts teams for statutory deductions and timely filings
- Support labour law audits, inspections, and compliance reporting
- Draft and maintain HR policies, employment contracts, appointment letters, warning letters, and HR documentation
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, exits, and F&F; coordination
- Ensure smooth induction and onboarding experience for current hires
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for HR operational requirements
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives




- Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures
- Support audits and compliance-related documentation when requiredKey Skills:Key Skills:

> Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data through HRMS. Support implementation and improvement of HR processes and SOPs.
