Role Description The Assistant Manager Human Resources is a full-time, on-site role based in Lonavala,Maharshrata overseeing HR functions for Maharashtra region. This role is responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management support, and HR documentation. The position involves coordinating with hiring managers to define workforce needs, conducting interviews, preparing offers, and ensuring smooth joining processes.
The Assistant
Manager HR will manage HR policies and procedures on-site, handle employee queries, maintain HR records,
and support payroll inputs and compliance activities in partnership with the central HR team. This role will also assist in organizing training programs, monitoring attendance and discipline, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with ELIVAAS values.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and employee lifecycle management.
- Candidates should possess skills in employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to support a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Candidates should possess abilities in performance management support, feedback collection, and coordination of training and development activities.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and basic HR compliance, including labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with in office and central teams.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and HRIS or other HR-related software.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate diploma or MBA in HR is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in hospitality or service-oriented industries, and experience in an HR generalist or HR operations role, will be beneficial.
