Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring effective use of resources and meeting customer demand.

- Oversee packaging operations, including labeling, boxing, and documentation for exports.

- Tracking packaging process against plan.

- Prepare quality reports for management review.

- Root cause analysis, countermeasure implementation and PDCA reporting.

- Knowledge of warehouse lay outing & storage method and space efficiency.

- Analyze inventory levels and optimize storage capacity to minimize waste and maximize profits.

Job Requirements :

- 8-12 years of experience in FMCG industry with expertise in export logistics, warehousing, and packaging operations.

- Strong knowledge of export regulations and procedures (e.g. DGFT).

- Proven track record in managing large-scale logistics operations with multiple stakeholders.

- Expert in MS office, Excel, Power Point for analysing and reporting.

- Decision making skill & Customer handling.
