- Indag Rubber Limited is hiring an Asst./ Dy. Manager HR (Corporate) to work as an HR Generalist with a key focus on Payroll and Statutory Compliance.
- The role owns accurate and timely monthly payroll processing across corporate and depot locations, perks administration (PF, Gratuity, NPS and Insurance), statutory compliance and Labour Law adherence, audit and insurance coordination, and workforce administration across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to Full & Final Settlement), along with HR MIS, reporting and employee engagement.
- This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head & Senior Manager HR, based at Saket, South Delhi.
- Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in HR
