Role & responsibilities

- Manage branch accounting operations and ensure timely and accurate accounting of financial transactions.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (Debtors), including invoicing, collection follow-up, reconciliation, and ageing analysis.
- Coordinate with clients regarding outstanding payments, billing queries, and account reconciliations.
- Monitor branch financial performance and ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
- Prepare and review periodic MIS reports, financial statements, and branch performance reports.
- Coordinate with Head Office Finance for monthly closing, statutory requirements, audits, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Support budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis for branch operations.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors and provide the required financial information.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

Educational Qualification

- Inter Chartered Accountant (Inter CA) Mandatory.
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance,



or a related discipline.

Experience

- 14–15 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance.
- Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (Debtors Management) and client interactions.
- Hands-on experience in branch accounting and finance operations.
- Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
- Exposure to ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

- Good understanding of branch accounting processes.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal departments.
