ROLE: Assisant Manager- Syndication

Preferred Candidate Background: B-School graduates [ 0-2 yrs] / 3+ yrs exp in Enterprise sales

Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end content syndication operations for regional, national, and international markets.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with content buyers, broadcasters, OTT platforms, aggregators, and telecom networks.
- Negotiate and close content licensing deals across various formats including films, web series, shorts, and IP assets.
- Represent Producerbazaar at trade fairs, festivals, markets and strategic buyer meetings.
- Work closely with the content acquisition, legal, and technology teams to ensure compliance and smooth delivery.
- Generate insights and reports on content performance and licensing trends to refine strategy.
- Maintain an updated pipeline of content buyers across geographies and industries.
- Identify new revenue models within content syndication including AVOD, SVOD, TVOD,



and digital-first partnerships.

Requirements

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in content syndication, licensing, business development or sales management in the entertainment, media, telecom or film industry.
- Proven network of buyers, broadcasters, and digital platforms across India and abroad.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – fluency in Hindi, Telugu and English is mandatory.
- Ability to travel and meet stakeholders across India and globally.
- Strategic thinking with a sharp business acumen and negotiation capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

- Deep understanding of IP rights, deal structuring, content trends, and syndication models.
- Prior experience with marketplaces, OTT platforms, or production houses.
- Exposure to international content markets and deal execution.
- Familiarity with legal contracts related to content rights.
- Passion for storytelling and film/content ecosystem
