1. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end sales for plotted development projectsfrom lead generation to booking closure.

2. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for plot inventory.
3. Generate leads through channel partners, direct marketing, referrals, and site visits.
4. Conduct site visits with prospective customers, explaining project USPs, layout plans, and pricing.

5.



Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers to maximize plotted sales.
6. Negotiate pricing and payment terms within approved guidelines and successfully close sales.

7. Coordinate with CRM and documentation teams for booking formalities, agreements, and registration processes.
8. Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and conversions in the CRM system.
