About the Role

Emercom Labs is looking for a data-driven Assistant Manager - Advertising (Marketplace & Quick Commerce) to lead and optimize performance marketing across India's leading commerce platforms. If you're passionate about scaling brands through marketplace advertising and quick commerce growth strategies, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and Flipkart Minutes .
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and ROAS optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance using marketplace analytics and prepare actionable reports.
- Improve ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, and overall advertising efficiency.
- Identify growth opportunities through keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience insights.
- Collaborate with catalog, creative, and operations teams to maximize campaign performance.
- Drive new product launches with effective advertising strategies.
- Monitor inventory health and align ad spends with stock availability.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and commerce trends.

Requirements




- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Marketplace Advertising and Quick Commerce Advertising .
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit Ads, Zepto Ads, and other commerce advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance metrics.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and advertising budgets simultaneously.
- Solid communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience managing D2C and FMCG brands.
- Understanding of marketplace operations, catalog optimization, and inventory planning.
- Experience with performance marketing tools and business intelligence dashboards.
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and automation tools is an added advantage.
