Assistant Manager – Accounts | Manufacturing Industry | Vashi

Are you a finance professional who enjoys working beyond routine accounting? We're looking for an Assistant Manager – Accounts to join a leading manufacturing organization and contribute to financial reporting, statutory compliance, audits, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

- Ensure accurate accounting, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

- Handle GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and coordinate with auditors.

- Support internal controls, process improvements, and ERP-based finance operations.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

Desired Profile
- B.Com/M.Com with CA Inter/ICWA Inter preferred.





- 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, Financial Reporting, and Audits.

- Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.

- Excellent proficiency in Advanced Excel.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent spoken and written English communication is mandatory.
