- Audit

- Manage monthly closure of accounts, including reconciliations.

- Oversee statutory and internal audits.

- Finalize annual and half-yearly accounts, including preparation of financial statements.

- Ensure timely annual return filings and ROC compliances.

- Prepare CMA financial data for banks and credit rating agencies.

B) Compliance – Direct Tax

- Tax Compliance &
- Reporting:

Ensure timely filing of corporate tax returns, advance tax estimates, and TDS statements.

- Litigation &

- Assessments:

Handle corporate tax assessments, respond to scrutiny notices, and represent the company before appellate authorities.

- Transfer Pricing &

- International Tax:

Manage transfer pricing documentation, cross-border transactions, and compliance with DTAA regulations.

C) MIS &

- Reporting

- Prepare monthly MIS reports for management review.

- Assist in annual budget preparation and quarterly
