Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end stores operations at the project site.

- Ensure timely receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of construction materials.

- Maintain optimum inventory levels and monitor stock movements.

- Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation of inventory records.

- Monitor material consumption and identify variances, shortages, and excess inventory.

- Maintain accurate records in ERP/SAP and generate MIS reports.

- Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, QA/QC, and Project teams for material planning and availability.

- Ensure proper storage, preservation, and handling of materials as per company standards.

- Monitor inward and outward documentation including GRNs, material issue slips, and delivery challans.

- Implement inventory control measures to minimize wastage and pilferage.

- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and audit requirements related to stores operations.

- Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper documentation and records.

Desired Candidate Profile





- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; Diploma/Degree in Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field will be preferred.

- 8 to 10 years of experience in Stores and Inventory Management within Real Estate, Commercial Buildings, High-Rise Projects, Construction, or Infrastructure sectors.

- Strong knowledge of construction materials, inventory control, and warehouse management.

- Hands-on experience in ERP/SAP-based inventory systems.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.

- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project setting.
