- Hit monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets

- Support Joint Business Planning (JBP) discussions

- Revenue

- Drive primary and secondary sales growth

- Build and execute account-specific growth plans

- Identify opportunities for assortment expansion and category penetration

- Track account profitability and revenue

Assortment &

- Availability

- Ensure optimal product listing in-store

- Improve SKU availability, fill rates, and inventory health

- Work with supply chain/demand planning to prevent stockouts

- Recommend assortment rationalization where needed

Promotions &

- Marketing

- Plan and run promotional campaigns and visibility initiatives

- Track campaign ROI





- Coordinate product launches and seasonal activations with marketing

- Drive search visibility, banners, and category prominence

Analytics &

- Reporting

- Analyze sales trends, conversion, and inventory data

- Prepare weekly/monthly business reviews

- Track KPIs and forecast accuracy

Commercial Management

- Track trade spends and platform investments

- Monitor claims, deductions, and reconciliations

- Manage budgets and support promotional negotiations

Cross-Functional Coordination
