Qualification: Any Degree / MBA Sales & Marketing preferred

Age: 35–45 Years

Gender: Male Candidates only.

Location: Tamil Nadu / Karnataka / Andhra Pradesh / Telangana

Languages: English Mandatory + Telugu / Tamil / Kannada / Hindi

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage sales and operations of multiple jewellery showrooms.
- Achieve regional sales targets and drive business growth.
- Lead, motivate and coordinate Managers’ & Executives.
- Monitor showroom performance, sales targets and KPIs.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities.
- Support new showroom expansion and business development.
- Coordinate with Management, HR and other departments.
- Ensure company policies, SOPs and operational standards are followed.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to Management.





REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

- 10–15 years of managerial experience in the Jewellery Industry – Mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Gold, Silver & Diamond Jewellery.
- Proven experience in handling multiple jewellery showrooms.
- Solid leadership, communication, team management and decision-making skills.

RELOCATION

- Willing to relocate and travel across South India Branches.
