Primary Responsibilities: Assist in the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical equipment and systems specific to lime plant operations. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of mechanical assets to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime. Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement corrective actions promptly.

Monitor equipment performance data and prepare detailed reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.



Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations during all mechanical operations and maintenance activities. Support procurement activities by specifying technical requirements for mechanical components and liaising with vendors.

Participate in root cause analysis of mechanical issues and contribute to the development of long-term reliability strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, equipment manuals, and engineering drawings. Coordinate with operations and quality teams to align mechanical maintenance schedules with production targets.

Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians and operators on mechanical best practices and safety protocols.
