Position: Assistant Engineer (Civil)

Location: Bangalore

Industry: Construction – High-Rise Residential Projects

Experience: 4–6 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Senior Engineer/Project Engineer in the execution of high-rise residential building projects.
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor and coordinate structural works, especially Mivan (Aluminium Formwork) shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing activities.
- Ensure quality control by conducting regular inspections and adhering to project quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, and material consumption records.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company HSE guidelines.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the store and procurement teams.
- Resolve site execution issues in consultation with senior management.
- Verify work measurements and support billing and quantity reconciliation.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Requirements

- 4–6 years of experience in high-rise residential building construction.
- Hands-on experience in Mivan (Aluminium Formwork) shuttering systems.




- Good understanding of RCC works, finishing works, and construction methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of quality standards, safety practices, and construction sequencing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in projects with multiple residential towers.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and site workforce effectively.
- Valuable planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
