- 1. Design systems and products by reasoning from first principles and applying fundamental concepts of electromagnetics.

- Create stamping drawings, schematic of winding layout, and Bill of Materials (BOMs) to support manufacturing, testing, and assembly.
- Works closely with Cross-Functional Teams like Quality, Supply chain, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Sales, and Service teams to ensure flawless implementation of current products.
- Provides technical and engineering support for day-to-day actions related to product development and process improvements.
- Works with fellow engineers to develop alternatives and options for further development of new products and improvement of existing products.
- Confirms system and product capabilities through design verification and testing.
- Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods, validating finished products and sub-systems, and confirming manufacturing, assembly,



and installation processes.
- Participate in technical reviews of requirements, specifications, and designs.
- Prepare product reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Ensures design files and information are kept up to date, and stored in accordance with departmental procedures
- Design and Development of Motors, especially AC induction motors and Special machines like BLDC, Synchronous reluctance motors, etc.
- Exposure to ANSYS and AutoCAD (mandatory), Solid works (optional)
- B.E. in Electrical Engineering with experience in Motor design and development, especially in AC induction motors and Special machines like BLDC, Synchronous reluctance motors, etc.
- Exposure to ANSYS and AutoCAD (mandatory), Solid works (optional)
