NRole and Responsibilities

NDesigner is responsible for trend research, creating design concept, select colour stories by working closely with Lead Design/ Category Designer for respective brand or department.

- Oversee the entire design process, from concept to final product, ensuring high-quality standards.

- Manage the development of recent products, ensuring they meet market trends, customer preferences, and brand guidelines.

- Ensure timely delivery of design projects, adhering to project timelines and budgets.

nMarket Research and Trend Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify current and future design trends.

- Analyse competitors andconsumer behaviour to inform design decisions.

- Utilize insights to innovate and enhance the product range.

nCollaboration and Communication:

- Work closely withthe marketing, merchandising, and production teams to ensure cohesive and effective product launches.

- Communicate design concepts and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.

- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers,



and other partners.
