Speedways Rubber Company, Jalandhar , a leading manufacturer in the tire industry, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Design Engineer from the tyre industry background only . The candidate must have a robust foundation in AutoCAD.

Responsibilities (not limited to):

1. Create detailed tire molds drawings, specification, layouts and patterns.
2. Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
3. Development and modification of design prototypes.
4. Ensure designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and specifications.
5. Conduct research to stay updated on the latest design trends and technology advancements.
6. Provide support in the preparation of technical documentation.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
2. Min. experience of 2 years as a Design Engineer or a similar role in tyre industry only.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; Knowledge of 3D software like NX, CATIA will be an advantage.
