Job Summary and Representative Duties A Data Entry Executive in the Quality Department is responsible for entering, verifying, and maintaining quality-related data. This role ensures that all records meet company standards and support quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enter quality inspection data into systems or databases
2. Verify accuracy of data from quality reports, test results, and audits
3. Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information
4. Maintain quality records, logs, and documentation
5.



Support quality audits by organizing and retrieving data
6. Generate reports on quality metrics and performance
7. Coordinate with production or QA teams to correct data issues
8. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures

Required Skills

1. High accuracy and attention to detail
2. Good typing speed
3. Basic knowledge of MS Excel ERP (formulas, data entry, sorting)
4. Understanding of quality processes (basic QA/QC knowledge)
5. Analytical thinking for identifying errors
6. Good communication skills
