Role Overview Eksure is looking for an experienced Claims Qualified to manage and coordinate claims across Commercial / Non-EB insurance portfolios, including Fire, Marine, Property, Liability, Workmen Compensation, Engineering, etc. The candidate will coordinate with clients, insurers, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth claim settlement. Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end claims from intimation to settlement.

Coordinate with clients, insurers, surveyors, loss assessors, and other stakeholders.

Review claim documents and ensure compliance with policy terms and conditions.

Follow up on survey reports, claim assessments, approvals, queries, and settlements.

Monitor claim status and ensure adherence to TATs and service standards.

Maintain accurate claim records, trackers, and MIS.





Identify and resolve claim-related issues through effective coordination and escalation.

Provide regular and proactive claim updates to clients.

Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and service partners.

General

Ensure adherence to timelines, processes, and service standards.

Support continuous improvement in claims handling processes.

Skills & Requirements

· 2–5 years of experience in General Insurance / Insurance Broking / Claims.

· Experience in Commercial / Non-EB claims preferred.

· Good knowledge of Fire, Marine, Property, Liability, WC, and Engineering insurance.

· Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

· Customer-focused with good problem-solving and analytical abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple claims and stakeholders effectively.

· Knowledge of EB claims will be an added advantage.
