We’re a growing café focused on quality ingredients, fresh preparation, consistency, and outstanding food. If you love working in a professional kitchen and want to grow with a young food brand, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist the Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook pizzas, burgers, pasta, wraps & other café dishes
- Maintain food quality, taste & presentation
- Follow recipes, portion control & hygiene standards
- Support kitchen stock management and prep
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Work as part of a small, supportive kitchen team Who We’re Looking For
- Previous kitchen/restaurant experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of Continental & café-style cooking
- Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow Location: CaféLato, Kandassankadavu, Thrissur, Kerala
Working Hours: 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Food: Staff dinner provided
