We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Assistant Branch Manager (Floor Manager) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail branch. As the second-in-command, you will ensure smooth store operations, inventory accuracy, team productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company SOPs

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily retail branch operations.
- Supervise Store In-Charge, Sales Associates, Helpers, and Support Staff.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and stock availability.
- Verify DC inward, stock movements, and documentation.
- Prepare and coordinate weekly stock requisitions.
- Verify daily cash closing and payment reconciliation.
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance with company standards.
- Conduct staff training and floor coaching.
- Handle customer escalations and maintain excellent service standards.




- Act as Branch Manager during the Branch Manager's absence

Requirements

Eligibility

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Retail Operations or Store Management.
- 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in inventory management and stock control.
- Knowledge of billing, cash reconciliation, and retail operations.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
