Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Accountant role based in Vasant Vihar.

The Assistant

Accountant will support day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable.

Responsibilities include preparing and updating invoices, supporting payroll processing, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with monthly and annual closing activities. The role involves maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and supporting compliance with statutory and company policies.





The Assistant

Accountant will also help prepare basic financial reports and provide administrative support to the finance and accounts team as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliation.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and basic accounting software; ability to accurately enter and manage financial data.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and ability to maintain organized financial records.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree or diploma in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Vasant Vihar and manage routine deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Prior experience or internship in an accounting or finance role in services, facility management, or security industries is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Indian taxation basics, GST, and statutory compliance processes will be beneficial.
