Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage plant maintenance and Utility maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.

- Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for utility maintenance, HVAC systems, and other critical equipment.

- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies to ensure a safe working environment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to plant operations, quality control, and regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements :

- 12-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry with expertise in documentation, HVAC, QMS, risk assessment, SOP preparation, and utility maintenance.

- Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations and ability to apply them effectively in daily work.

- Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail and ability to create clear, concise documents.
