Key Responsibilities

Taking over of completed Sites from Projects

- Taking over of projects completed by Project teams in all aspect and further co-ordination with other stakeholders

- Finalisation of O&
- M Partners and issuance of work orders to them

- Developing of O&M; team, partners for site maintenance

- Yearly Budget planning

Performance Monitoring &

- Analytics

- Monitor real-time plant performance, system health, and energy generation using SCADA and performance analytics software.

- Investigate energy yield deviations (e.g., PR - Performance Ratio degradation) and implement corrective actions.

- Coordinate regular physical and technical inspections (including drone thermography) to identify string issues, equipment failures, or soiling losses.

Financial Management &

- Reporting

- Track the financial performance of the assets, including revenue generation, operating expenses, and overall profitability.

- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to develop budgets, financial forecasts, and investor/lender reports.

- Oversee site invoicing, validate contractor expenses, and process insurance claims.





- Submission of Invoice to MSEDCL and payment collection.

Contract &

- Stakeholder Management

- Administer power purchase agreements (PPAs), land leases, and grid interconnection contracts.

- Manage and coordinate with Operations and Maintenance (O&M;) teams and sub-contractors (e.g., panel cleaning, vegetation management) to minimize plant downtime.

- Maintain relationships with local authorities, landowners, and regulatory bodies.

Compliance &

- Risk Management

- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) policies across the plant.

- Ensure total compliance with local grid regulations, government incentive/subsidy schemes, and grant requirements.

- Manage risk by maintaining adequate insurance coverage and mitigating physical or commercial risks.

Reporting to Management:

- Regularly submitting MIS reports to Top Management

- Billing and collections

- Interaction with MSEDCL official regularly for timely collection.
