- Workflow Management: Assigns daily tasks, allocates manpower, and monitors output to ensure production runs without incidents or bottlenecks.
- Quality Assurance: Inspects products for defects, monitors quality control metrics, and ensures standard operating procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed.
- Safety Enforcement: Ensures the team adheres to all workplace safety guidelines, checks equipment for malfunctions, and guarantees workers have the correct safety gear.
- Team Leadership: Conducts training for recent hires, mentors existing employees, tracks attendance, and handles performance evaluations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹29,151.30 per month
