Exide Energy Solutions Limited is looking for Internal Logistics in the Manufacturing organisation to achieve company’s goal at the Devanahalli, Bangalore Location .

Job Location: Devanahalli, Bangalore

We are currently hiring for the following positions Manufacturing?Team:

ASRS Automation & Maintenance (AM/DM):

- Responsible for maintenance and reliability of warehouse automation systems and material handling equipment, including ASRS, AGVs, AMRs, RGVs, conveyors, cranes, hoists, lifts, forklifts, pallet trucks, and stackers .
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
- Troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, HMI, WMS, WCS, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, and industrial automation systems .
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and reduce recurring failures.
- Utilize vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and IoT-based monitoring for predictive maintenance.
- Coordinate with OEMs for equipment installation, commissioning, upgrades,



and technical support.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation.
- Work with SAP/ERP/MES for maintenance planning, tracking, reporting, and equipment performance analysis.
- Experience in maintenance of raw material and finished goods automated warehouses , including Li-Ion battery handling systems , is preferred.

ASRS Equipment Engineer (AM/DM):

- Ensure reliability and availability of manufacturing equipment through preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance .
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems , and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to eliminate recurring failures.
- Maintain and optimize PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, robotics, conveyors, and automated production equipment .
- Support installation, commissioning, validation, and optimization of current equipment and automation systems.
- Monitor equipment performance using OEE, MTBF, and MTTR , and implement reliability improvements.
- Manage spare parts , maintenance records, and equipment history using SAP/ERP, CMMS, or MES .

Eligibility: ? Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mandatory)

Experience: 6–15 years of relevant experience.

Note: Candidates with non-engineering educational backgrounds will not be considered.
