Personal Manager / Artist Operations Manager Company: Vicky D Parekh Production

Vicky D Parekh Production is looking for a smart, proactive, and organized Personal Manager / Artist Operations Manager to work directly with Vicky D Parekh (Devotional & Motivational Singer) and manage his day-to-day artist operations, business communication, live events, digital platforms, and overall professional commitments.

Mulund West, Mumbai (Work From Office)

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary

₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Vicky D Parekh's daily schedule, meetings, and professional commitments.
- Handle client communication, show bookings, quotations, contracts, and follow-ups.
- Manage travel, event logistics, PR, and business coordination.
- Manage YouTube, music distribution platforms, and social media.
- Create basic creatives using Canva/Photoshop (preferred).
- Handle emails, WhatsApp, office operations, and day-to-day administration.

Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English,



Hindi, Gujarati & Marwari. (Marathi will be an added advantage.)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, YouTube, and social media.
- Canva, Photoshop, basic video editing, and content creation skills will be a solid advantage.

Preferred Candidates
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Jain candidates will be given preference, as our company primarily focuses on Jain devotional music.
- Candidates residing near Mulund, Bhandup, Nahur, Kanjurmarg, Vikhroli, Ghatkopar, Powai, Thane, Airoli, Dombivli, Kalyan, or nearby areas will be preferred.
