Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Mentor Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Thoothukudi. This role involves designing and delivering AI-focused training sessions, including lectures, labs, and project-based learning, tailored to different skill levels. The mentor will guide learners through core AI and machine learning concepts, review their work, provide constructive feedback, and support them in building portfolios and preparing for certifications.

Responsibilities include developing and updating curriculum content, creating learning materials, and staying current with AI tools and industry trends. The mentor will also collaborate with the academy team on placement support, including interview preparation and career guidance,



while maintaining a professional, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and related areas, with practical experience applying these technologies to real-world problems.
- Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or teaching/mentoring in technical subjects, preferably in AI or data science.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language and adapt teaching methods to diverse learner needs.
- Proficiency with common AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, relevant libraries, and platforms) and familiarity with current industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory mentoring practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple classes, learner projects, and documentation requirements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience supporting learner or candidate placement (resume review, interview preparation, career guidance) is an advantage.
