Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Article Assistant, based in Delhi, India.

The Article

Assistant will support the firm's chartered accountants by preparing financial statements, maintaining books of accounts, assisting in auditing processes, and ensuring compliance with account regulations. The role entails conducting tax audits, preparing statutory filings, analyzing financial data,



and researching tax laws and regulations. Additionally, the role involves assisting in client meetings and preparing timely reports while developing technical knowledge in the field of accounting and auditing.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Accounting principles, Financial Analysis, and preparation of Financial Statements
- Knowledge of Taxation, including Direct and Indirect Tax compliance and handling tax assessments
- Robust skills in Auditing, including conducting Statutory Audits and Internal Audits
- Basic understanding of accounting software and tools (e.g., Tally, MS Excel) and technology proficiency
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively, work within deadlines, and thrive in a collaborative environment
- Enrolled in the CA Articleship program as per ICAI requirements
- Prior internship experience in auditing or accounting (preferred but not mandatory)
