About the Role

Sociapa Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and creative Art Director to lead our design team and drive creative excellence across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong FMCG/consumer brand experience, excellent conceptual and visualisation skills, and proven experience in leading and mentoring creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the creative direction and visual communication for multiple brands and campaigns.

· Develop innovative concepts and creative ideas aligned with brand strategy and business objectives.

· Oversee digital and offline design including social media, digital campaigns, websites, packaging, POSM, retail branding, print, OOH, events and other marketing collaterals.

· Manage, mentor and guide a team of graphic designers and creative professionals.

· Review creative output and ensure high standards of design, consistency and brand alignment.

· Work closely with Account Management, Strategy, Content, Social Media and Performance teams.

· Participate in client meetings, creative discussions and present concepts confidently to clients and stakeholders.

· Manage multiple projects, timelines and priorities while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

· Stay updated with emerging design, advertising, AI and visual communication trends.

· Contribute to pitches, campaign ideation and development of new creative opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

· 8+ years of experience in graphic design,



creative design or art direction.

· Minimum 4–5 years of experience leading/managing a design or creative team.

· Strong experience working with FMCG/consumer brands is mandatory.

· Excellent understanding of digital and offline graphic designing.

· Strong knowledge of branding, typography, colour, layouts, visual hierarchy and creative conceptualisation.

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma.

· Knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro and AI creative tools will be an added advantage.

· Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills.

· Ability to understand briefs and translate them into strong creative concepts.

· Strong client-handling, team-management and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a creative thinker and solid people leader who can balance creativity with commercial objectives. The candidate should have a strong eye for detail, understand consumer-facing communication, confidently present ideas, and inspire the team to deliver high-quality work.

Education

Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Advertising or a related field. Equivalent professional experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered.

Portfolio Requirement: A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating FMCG campaigns, branding, digital and offline creative work is mandatory.
