Role Description The ARO (Assistant Relations Officer) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves handling customer inquiries about loan products, explaining terms and eligibility, and guiding applicants through documentation and approval processes. The ARO will follow up with clients and financial partners to ensure timely processing, maintain accurate records in internal systems, and support daily operational tasks related to lending and debt management solutions.





Responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams, resolving basic service issues, and contributing to a professional, compliant, and customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and client relationship abilities, including clear communication, active listening, and a professional phone and in-person presence.
- Basic knowledge of financial products such as personal loans, business loans, professional loans, and debt consolidation, with the ability to explain terms and processes in simple language.
- Good administrative and organizational skills, including document handling, data entry, record maintenance, and follow-up tracking.
- Proficiency with computers and common office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, email tools) and comfort working with CRM or loan management systems.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting daily and weekly targets.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in any discipline (commerce, finance, or business preferred).
- Prior experience in banking, NBFCs, financial services, or customer support roles is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Noida and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
