SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY The incumbent is required to manage the collections ( 30+, 90+ NCL, Recoveries) as per business standards.
He/ She are to drive Productivity and Performance & Manage/ Reduce Expense.
The incumbent needs to ensure process design and governance to mitigate risks from outsourcing, information security- reputational risk / operational risk / credit risk / information security risk.
Further this role should provide insights to Credit Risk / Credit Policy to ensure Credit Quality.
