Position : Area Sales Manager (Only For Men)

Key Responsibilities Client & Market Development • Identify and onboard recent dealers, distributors, and B2B clients. • Maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and OEM partners. • Conduct client visits, virtual meetings, and product walkthroughs. • Build a strong sales pipeline by understanding client needs and industry trends.

Sales Execution • Present and showcase the company’s premium modular kitchen & hardware range. • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital channels. • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and product demos. • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.

Market Intelligence & Reporting • Track competitor activities, pricing, and market demand. • Provide insights to management on product trends and customer preferences. • Maintain accurate sales reports, client data, and CRM updates. • Conduct sales territory analysis and plan strategies accordingly.

Events & Brand Representation • Attend trade shows, industry exhibitions, dealer meets, and conferences.



• Represent the brand professionally and drive product awareness.

Required Skills &

Competencies • Strong sales orientation with a proven record in target achievement.

- Excellent communication and negotiation ability.
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships.
- Market awareness of furniture hardware, interior solutions, or building materials (added advantage).
- Good presentation skills with the confidence to pitch to senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- Rapid learner with adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage field sales teams or coordinate with them when required.

Qualification & Experience • 1–5 years of experience in sales; furniture hardware/interior product experience preferred. • B.Tech, B.E., MBA, or any relevant degree. • Candidate must be comfortable with field travel within assigned territory.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
