Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajasthan, Jaipur. This position is responsible for developing and managing sales within an assigned territory, including identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing customer relationships, and meeting revenue and profitability targets.

Day-to-day activities include visiting key accounts, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, coordinating with distributors and channel partners, and preparing sales forecasts and reports. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, technical,



and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

The Area Sales

Manager is expected to monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support strategic planning and continuous improvement in sales performance.

Qualifications

- Sales and business development skills, including territory management, account management, and negotiation abilities.
- Customer relationship management and communication skills to build long-term partnerships and handle customer queries effectively.
- Market analysis and planning capabilities, such as understanding industry trends, competitor mapping, and sales forecasting.
- Operational skills related to report generation, pipeline management, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in commercial kitchen equipment, foodservice, or related capital goods industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Ability to work and travel within the assigned location Jaipur, Rajasthan as required.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, result orientation, and capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
