Probation Period: 6 months About the Role We are seeking agile, self-motivated, and target-driven Area Sales Managers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and strengthening brand presence in your assigned territory.

This position involves extensive field work and is ideal for energetic professionals—including fresh MBA graduates—looking to build a rewarding career in corporate and industrial sales.

Key Responsibilities Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed set targets in your assigned territory.

Market Expansion: Conduct continuous market research to identify new business opportunities.

Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, B2B clients, and local stakeholders.

Reporting & Analysis: Monitor regional sales performance metrics and prepare regular,



data-driven reports for management.

Marketing Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing teams to implement localized promotional campaigns and brand-building initiatives.

Customer Success: Promptly address and resolve customer issues or complaints to maintain high satisfaction and trust.

Requirements & Qualifications Education: MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred Preferred Industry Exposure: Prior experience or familiarity with the following industries is a strong plus:

Glass / Glass Hardware

Paint, Cement, Steel, or Chemicals

Ceramics, Building Material

Window / Aluminum Composite Manufacturing Skills Strong leadership, negotiation, and organizational abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in the field.

Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned regional territory.
