Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager – Informal to drive the Housing Loan and LAP business across Odisha.

The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 7–8 Sales Managers, achieving business targets, developing sales channels, expanding market presence and ensuring quality business generation across key Odisha locations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Housing Finance, Mortgage, LAP and informal/self-employed customer segments, along with proven team-handling and business-generation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Housing Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business across Odisha.
- Deliver an overall business target of approximately ₹10 Cr.
- Develop recent customer acquisition opportunities through direct and channel sales.
- Drive lead generation, login, sanction and disbursement.
- Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders and other business partners.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
