Position Details

- Designation: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
- Department: Sales & Marketing
- Qualification: MBA (Regular)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing business associates and channel partners.
- Identify, onboard, and develop current business associates within the assigned territory to drive market expansion.
- Achieve assigned sales targets (in tonnage) as communicated by the Regional Manager (RM).




- Ensure timely collection of receivables and maintain healthy outstanding levels.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for account reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies.
- Build long-term customer relationships and strengthen the company's brand presence in the assigned region.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Guide, assign tasks to, and monitor the performance of Marketing Executives (MEs) reporting to the role.
- Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the Regional Manager (RM) or General Manager (GM).
