: Territory Sales Manager/ ASM

About the Role

We are looking for a driven Territory Sales Manager to grow our presence in the ENT surgical device segment (Coblation/RF plasma systems, microdebriders, and related consumables) across the assigned territory. This is a field-facing role involving direct engagement with ENT surgeons, hospitals, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of ENT surgical devices and consumables (Coblator wands, RF plasma systems, microdebrider blades, etc.) within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ENT surgeons, hospital procurement teams, and biomedical departments
- Identify new business opportunities across hospitals, nursing homes, and corporate healthcare chains
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to surgeons and OT staff
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the territory
- Develop and manage relationships with local dealers/channel partners to expand market reach




- Monitor competitor activity and market trends; report insights to reporting manager
- Participate in hospital tenders (government and private), ensuring accurate technical and commercial documentation
- Provide basic product training and post-sale support coordination with the service team

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical/Electronics preferred, or B.Sc/Diploma with relevant sales experience)
- 5 to 10 years of field sales experience, preferably in medical devices, surgical equipment, or related healthcare products
- Existing network with ENT surgeons, hospitals, or dealers is a solid plus
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Two-wheeler/valid driving license preferred (for local travel)
