RASM – An Emerging FMCG Tea Brand

Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Location: Kolkata Zone, Bengal

Territory: S. 24 Pargana | N. 24 Pargana | Hoogly | East Burdawn

Candidate Criteria

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager who meets all of the following criteria:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as an ASM in the FMCG / Food Products industry.
2. Candidate must be a resident of the above-mentioned territory/area.
3. Should be capable of effectively handling and managing 6–8 Sales Officers (SOs).
4. Should have basic computer knowledge.
5. Must have good knowledge and practical experience of SFA (Sales Force Automation).
6. Robust understanding of sales, distribution, market development, and team management will be preferred.
