We are hiring Area Sales Executives (ASE) / Area Sales Officers (ASO) with robust experience in automotive field sales, tyre, battery, dealer, or channel sales.

Experience

- ASE: Minimum 5 years
- ASO: Minimum 2 years
- Minimum 75% relevant field sales experience
- Current designation: ASE / ASO preferred

Preferred Industry Candidates from Tyre, Battery, Automotive, Auto Components, or related industries are preferred.

Experience with companies such as MRF, Apollo Tyres, JK Tyre, CEAT, BKT, Bridgestone, Goodyear, TVS Eurogrip, Michelin, Exide, Amara Raja, Livguard, SF Sonic, or similar companies will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive dealer/merchant network expansion
- Increase product penetration and repeat business
- Manage assigned territory and achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain robust dealer/retailer relationships
- Execute sales schemes, promotions, and local market activities




- Track market performance, competitor activity, and sales KPIs
- Drive sustainable business growth across the assigned territory

Candidate Requirements
- Strong field sales and territory management experience
- Dealer/distributor/channel handling experience
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Local language + basic English required
- Basic Hindi is preferred
- Willingness to work in a field-based role

Work Details
- Working Days: 6 days/week
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Compensation: Fixed Salary + Incentives
- Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
