Role & responsibilities
- Brand buildong of Australian quality assurance and patented technology products.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Manage, guide, and motivate Medical Representatives / Business Executives.
- Plan and execute effective field sales strategies for the assigned area.
- Develop and maintain solid professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular field visits with team members and monitor their performance.
- Ensure effective product detailing and implementation of marketing strategies.
Preferred candidate profile - Mandatory Derma Background.
