Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets within the region.
- Manage and lead a team of sales and operations personnel, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards while maintaining a robust focus on operational efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications
