Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager Operations to manage multiple Third Wave Coffee stores and drive sales, profitability, operational excellence, customer experience and people performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and drive performance across 815 stores.
- Achieve sales, revenue, AOV, productivity and profitability targets.
- Drive store P&L;, cost control, inventory and wastage management.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, food safety, hygiene and operational standards.
- Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and frontline teams.
- Drive manpower planning, employee engagement, retention and succession planning.
- Monitor customer experience, feedback and service quality.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits and performance reviews.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Training and Projects teams.
- Support new store openings,



manpower readiness and operational stabilisation.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in QSR, Caf, Retail, Hospitality or F&B.;
- 2–3+ years of experience managing multiple stores/locations.
- Solid commercial acumen, people leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly customer-focused, result-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
