Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Area Manager role based in Coimbatore.

The Area

Manager will oversee day-to-day operations within an assigned area, ensuring service quality, timely order processing, and adherence to operational standards.

Responsibilities include managing and mentoring frontline teams, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, managing inventory and logistics at the area level,



and ensuring compliance with safety, legal, and company policies.

The Area

Manager will also handle escalation management, support business growth initiatives, and prepare regular reports and insights to guide decision-making.

Qualifications

- Operational management skills, including area-level planning, process optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Team leadership and people management capabilities, including coaching, motivation, and conflict resolution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and KPIs to drive decisions and improvements.
- Understanding of logistics, inventory control, and last-mile delivery operations in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, logistics, or operations management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Comfort with on-site work in Coimbatore, with flexibility to work extended hours or shifts as business needs require.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic data tools; familiarity with warehouse or delivery management systems is beneficial.
- Commitment to customer-centricity, integrity, and inclusive team culture.
